Privacy Policy

This website is built to collect as little as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.

Effective 16 September 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Paladyn Systems, based in Western New York, USA. Questions about this policy can be sent to fred@paladynsystems.com.

What this site does not do

  • No analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • No tracking cookies. Pages set no cookies at all; WordPress uses a cookie only on its login page and for the people who manage this site.
  • No third-party scripts, embedded social media or externally hosted fonts.
  • No contact forms. Nothing you type on this site is collected.

Hosting, delivery and logs

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides its secure connection, caching and protection against attacks. To do that, Cloudflare and the web server process basic request information — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors, such as a connection that failed, so delivery problems can be diagnosed. This information is used only to keep the site secure and working, is not used to build profiles of visitors, and is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Email

If you email Paladyn Systems, your address and message are used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Your choices

You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing fred@paladynsystems.com. Records that must be kept for legal or accounting reasons will be retained only for as long as required.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and researchers and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
